@@pipefx64there's another one in the Shine side quests where you have to go to a specific middle part of the bridge at the top floor of the Mall area with the fish, and if you don't go to that spot you never get her text. Really silly, imo.
Yeah, he goes in the same pattern for the most part so just stand near a rail you know he'll go to and catch him then instead of chasing him down! Hope that helps! Thanks for watching and commenting!
