It is Chris Proudfoot the step thing and his Wife Katie the Mother, who have never gone to any vigils or advocacy events for Sebastian. Seth is the only 1 who has put on any of the vigils, searches, fliers, etc for Sebastian.

Its his mom and his step dad..chris probably said either he goes or I go and katie didnt want to lose her husband or home so they both came up with something together to make him disapear..so sad a mom can choose this man that sometimes was bullying him and hitting him with belts and making him sleep in the garage in the cold if he wet the bed over her own son..a few months later still no sebastian but the step dad chris other kid cames to stay with them now that her son is missing..

Seth is the only 1 who has been searching, advocating, keeping Sebastian's info face name dissappearance on media, putting up fliers, and planning and putting on vigils, rides, searches for Sebastian. Are you talking about Chris P? He is not any Father figure. His own mouth told how much he despised Sebastian on a couple of news interviews, and several interviews on you tube with different ppl. He hated Sebastian. And CPS was called on him for abuse of Sebastian. Then CPS never contacted Sebastian's Bio Father Seth, who has joint custody of him. They kept it a big secret for Chrissy boy. The swamp of corruption in that County in every govt agency there, and that Sheriffs dept is deep. But that's ok. We have put on our waders! And we will not stop until the TRUTH is told and justice is done period! All the threats etc, via that family will not stop Sebastian's Army. And part of their custody agreement set by the court where custody was arranged was Seth had Sebastian every Summer, every break from school, every Holiday, and every other weekend. That was how it had been for 8 years since he and KP split up. CPS was not called to Seth's home. They were called to KP and CP's home for abuse on Sebastian. It was not Seth who beat Sebastian with belts! It was Chris! Wake up! Every red flag that there could possibly be in a case is checked off here. And the red flags all point directly to Chris and Katie, where Sebastian was when he went missing. He was not with Seth. He was at CP and KP's locked home!

Ya know what is really weird? This supposed flier and reward are not on the FBI site. This is only on the TBI site. I question if there is really any FBI reward. I do not trust that TBI agent on this case. He has had ties to CP's family going back decades! They vacation together! There are pictures of them on vacations together and they are all on eachother's FB friends lists. I think this is completely fake. I do not believe there is any 50k reward from the FBI for Sebastian. I would have to see the actual FBI state that. And they haven't.
Ppl should have asked questions immediately when it said Memphis field office. The Memphis field office would never be the field office involved in this case. They are too far away from where the disappearance occurred. It would be the closest Nashville field office, to the home. I think this is fake.

Your information is incorrect a silver alert is for anybody who has a mental impairment that includes autism bipolar dementia anything of the sorts he does not fit the criteria for an amber alert however he does fit the criteria for a silver alert I personally had a child when she was 14 years old I had to have a Silver Alert issued for this child was on medication and has autism and I want to know why a silver alert has not been issued and nobody's asking these questions
