Mazda CX-60 3.3 Mild-Hybrid Takumi

In a bid to address qualms about the lacklustre performance of the 2.5 litre petrol power unit in the CX-60, Mazda has now added a somewhat unusual alternative drive train to its flagship model: a naturally aspirated, inline six cylinder diesel engine, supplemented by a mild-hybrid system, feeding power and torque through all four wheels. Ernest attended the recent media launch to find out if the new engine has transformed the car.
