Although it has been progressing to this point for decades, our ability and perhaps even desire to develop sincere, meaningful relationships have evolved into cursory and superficial relationships. Relationships have become more transactional based upon what others may offer us, reciprocity. There are a number of issues if we continue down this path however, our ability to agree to disagree without being disagreeable will only exacerbate our current divide. Transitional relationships may change the direction for which we are currently traveling. Transitional relationships may allow us not to change lanes out of fear or necessity based upon societal standards. Transitional relationships may better enable us to respond rather than react. We can begin this process by planting one seed at a time and watering one another.
