  • What's up karting fans! This is races 3&4 of my birthday celebration and I was lucky to be switched in to the #7 kart which I believe you can say has been deemed one of the fastest karts, if not the fastest kart at the facility right now. My first race while accompanied with traffic, I was still able to best my time from the first two races I previously posted down to a 37.652. This kart just had great pick up off the turns and great straightaway speed, if I can just figure out a little more smoothness in the racing line I feel I can get to the top 3 on the leaderboards, but that will take time and getting the lucky kart lol. My second race was even better especially because I was able to stay in the same kart and I had no traffic this time...yep NO traffic, I was the only one on the track! I was able to enjoy the kart and the track all by myself with no interruptions from spinning karts causing cautions, just me going for my fastest time against the track and I did just that! With no traffic and #7 kart I was able to maintain 37s for the entire race with the exception of the first lap obviously lol, and with that consistency I managed my best time to date of 37.486...I was very excited to say the least! Now also this does show the irregularities in karts still and unfortunetely thats what you get with rental karts and you do your best and that's also the exciting part that keeps you pushing for your best! With that said, Thanks for watching and Enjoy!!

Thanks BA78, it is definitely a tough accomplishment, and just think once you hit the 37s you realize what kind of pace you have to maintain to do so. With that track demanding so much attention you never have chance to breathe lol. Good luck on hitting 37s I know I was super excited when I did it, so I know you will be too! Thanks for commenting!

Hey P DOGG nice driving. I'm participating in an Endurance race at Monza end of this month. As a team we want to limit pit stops to the minimum requirement of 14. 6 People on our team, 8 hours race so some have suggested 3 stints each around 25-30 minutes. From your experience, at what point does fatigue kick in and mistakes are made? 15 minutes/20 minutes etc? Thanks.

Whats up VXR Detailing, I appreciate the question. So I would say first work out your strategy for the required amount of stops. If you haven't raced the track a lot fatigue could set in quick, it really depends on the person and conditioned they are to the track. That track is very demanding and can wear you out quick. Your team needs to decide the who you want to start with and possibly end with at the end of both days. Figure out your signage/signals for driver switches. Your never going to know how your truly going to feel until your in it. I was racing so much a year ago I get in to rhythm and I didn't feel the fatigue until the end. I that kind of answered your question. Go out and have fun!🏁
