Thank you for sharing. I’m watching this while laying in my bed doing homework because my stomach hurts too bad to sit up from a colitis flare. It’s good to see you can still be a success and push past it.
Thank you 🙏
Thank you for sharing your story ❤It's really worth it to watch and feel that I am not alone in this journey
Thank you for your story. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis four months ago and boy has it been rough. I’m trying my best to get through the bad days. I’m so glad I’m not alone in this.

How do I become an advocate. I was recently diagnosed with the illness I feel isolated with nowhere to go. I have a BA in Communications and minor in Sociology and I feel as tho my skill and story can not only help me but can help others on this journey.

Eat real food, diet has everything to do with this disease but doctors will never tell you this i have had UC for 18 yrs and been on all types of medications, Pentasa, Imuran been hospitalized several times on a drip, my son jack mentioned the carnivore diet so i tried it and i have not had any flare up in over 3 yrs and i am off all medications i feel at this stage that the medical profession just want everyone on medications that only suppress the disease
The first thing to do is to become a vegan. Cut off all kinds of beans. Eat sauerkraut first thing in the morning. Ask your doctor about
Mesalamine.
20-50mg/kg of high potency oregano oil softgels (Zane’s)
3,000mg black seed oil softgels
