Is the Casting Directors the new cartel through which aspirant actors HAVE to go through, to get to be considered by the Production Houses/Independent filmmakers? One can understand, that in the highly stressful logistics of film making, a production house or director cannot have the time to sift through thousands of eager actor aspirants, but the discerning eye of Producers/Directors may see what they need, rather than a 'sub vendor'...
This conversation was really necessary in today's day and age where there are many people to misguide artists, atleast there are these content creators who are spreading awareness around the subject and trying to show the reality kudos to the team '' 🤌
