Found your channel through this review and subscribed. Great review, and I’m downloading it on switch as I type this!
Awesome! Let us know what you think of it.
I played this a bit over the weekend and really enjoy it. I’ve taken a liking to roguelites lately, and even though I’m not good at all at the genre, it’s a ton of fun.
I’ve not gotten past the first area and am at a bit of a wall - my best runs are with a ranged weapon, so if I don’t have a ranged weapon my run just doesn’t turn out well. As a result, I can’t get a significant number of soul shards since you lose all between run except for a few.
If I have a really good run I can make progress, but until then I’m just spinning my wheels.
Edit: ranger -> ranged
I played a private preview copy for reviewers a few months ago and got SO excited for this. It feels like it captures my attention as much as Enter The Gungeon first did. I wasn’t expecting to be captivated by this game either.
Glad I watched your review, Azario! I think I'm going to pick this one up.
I hope it gets a physical release on Switch- Azario
This reminds me of Loot Rascals, an excellent roguelite that nobody played and nobody discussed
"Crown trick is a difficult game, especially early on",while this is true in a sense, the late game and final fights are the most difficult parts by far,its be cause at this point leveling up your stats becomes a stagnant process, driven by a disperisation for better luck next run,but all on all it's a great game, very fun to play and somewhat addictive, but not in a bad manner.
glad i discovered ur channel
Looks like a decent game. Thanks for review.
Yoooo u an og for always covering these obscure niche games man.
Staying on top of em!
Thanks for a great review! Will be picking this up!
Sweet let us know what you think
@@NoisyPixelNews The game is the hidden gem of this year for me, done 2 runs for far and won both times. Looking forward to trying new builds with all the unlocks. If anyone is on the fence i cant recommend it enough it really is great. Thanks for the great review again, you did a great job!
Can't wait for this game. Tradtional roguelike feeling/inspired roguelite with well done mechanics and a pretty coat of paint!
It is pretty!
This channel is so underrated
We’ll grow ^_*
Great review. Liked and subbed :)
Thank you so much much!
Hi, can you explain the rarity colours? The game doesn't explain them and no Wiki does it...
he said his outro hella fast so he could get back to the game
We say it every time haha
Great review thank you
Oh- any chance if you know this will be coming out for PS4? The only news I can find is a year old...
I think there’s still plans, but we can’t find any mention of it either.
Game sounds very appealing. I've never gotten into the genre before. Would you recommend this as a first entry or something else instead?
Yes because of the turn based nature you can take all the time you need to plan out your actions.
Nice review!
What's the name of the song being played?
nice review
Thanks you so much!
Just got the platinum. Amazing game!
It's too bad this is coming out so close to Hades. I would be more interested in it if I wasn't so in love with Hades at the moment.
Hades is a really tough game to put down
good review
Dungeons of Dredmoor is better
it dont look better
LOL
@@MasqSC Its muuuuch better. Game play of Crown is overly simplistic compared to the Goat of move-based roguelikes
