Pretty, except for one minor detail. Why did they paint the rim of the hood scoop SILVER? I'd have to change that back to maroon, the same color as rest of the car, and the way it's supposed to be. Don't do that! The hood a scoop is one of the focal points of the body and that detracts big time, in my view, and I've owned a '66 back in the early '70's.
I don't know where you got the idea that I thought it did. My gold '66 was an automatic with Pontiac's version of the 2 speed Powerglide from Chevrolet. I always hated it. The 3 speed automatics (with his/her shifter did not appear until '67, which believe it or not, I owned as well in the mid 80's. Mine had the 400 c.i.d. engine as well.
