The dynamic content looks to be a real boon for my clients. I love Stackable and was fortunate in getting the LTD on the cheap a few years ago. Great to see them pushing the envelope! Thanks for the great video Jack!
❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): 👉 What will happen to Stackable 2.0 after the upgrade to 3.0? ✅ I tried installing the Released Candidate (RC) on Stackable 2.0, but nothing happened. The WordPress Editor still show blocks from 2.0, and there is no indication of any 3.0 materials. Hopefully someone from Stackable can provide an answer.
Its very hard to compare because you'll have to compare multiple blocks that provides the same function. Some block plugins do not have container sections so it needs to rely on others. Feel free to share with me how the test should be conducted. Off the top of my mind, I am thinking to use Generate Blocks for the container and sections and built up identical sites on separate domains using respective block plugins. But I can't compare the motion effects because I believe only Kadence Blocks and Stackable has this. What do you guys think?
Hi Jack, does stackable work well with Kadence theme ? Which combination of gutenberg plugins do you recommend after taking into consideration stackable 3.0 ?
For the Kadence theme I recommend using it with the Kadence Blocks, and for extra block utilities, you can check out gutentor. Stackable is best used with the Blocksy theme. I'll use Gutentor along with it as well. That's the best combi I know. There may be combinations that work as well. 😊
@@questcequelaverite It is hard to say, but if you are setting up an affiliate site then Blocksy will be better because it is built for that. And, for sites that requires lots of conditional content display, Blocksy is good for that as well. But for general use, I prefer Kadence. Like if it is a small business site, I would use Kadence. But, there is really no right or wrong. Its all about preference. Blocksy runs a little more JS codes, so if you intend to place display ads, Kadence would perform better. Other than that is really personal preference.
doesn't work that way. Astra's starter sites are built for Astra user, and Generatepress has its own templates. If you like one of the templates from Astra, but you want to use Generatepress, then you may want to learn how to build it up from scratch.
Yes. In the advanced setting, I think there is an option called "Visibility" where you can toggle show or hide on either an element or an entire section.
i was waiting for the scroll in animations so bad. it helps to focus on the main slogan if there nothing beneath it till you scroll down. thx Jack as always
@@JackCao ah to be honest i havent really noticed that because the site speed is still fast but this is interesting to know. I might do a comparison review in the near future on this topic!
Thanks for the Jack. It very interesting. Do the animations rely on JavaScript or are they done in CSS? And do these sophisticated effects slow the site down?
It has a lot of blocks. However, their file size is large. Plus 3349.88KB Stackable 767.24KB Also, Plus is slower than Stackable on page load. Plus 0.31s Stackable 0.12s
Hi jack i love you so much. I know you live in Singapore. Your english is perfect so do you have a connection wtih USA? Where are you from? Have you ever been to USA. I wonder these questions. Thanks :)
Hi Mecra, thank you for your comment! I have no connection at all in the US. My parents are both Singaporean. And no I've not been to USA but hopefully when this virus dies down, I may visit USA. Are you from USA?
Hi Kev, thanks for your concern. Really appreciate it! I'm doing well. I've moved to the Rank Math channel earlier this year. See you there 😊 ruclips.net/user/RankMath

Is Stackable 3 with Generate Blocks pro a good combo? I have Generate Blocks pro
Would be great to know how this block package performs on page speed insight? Compared with Kadence Blocks?
Even Better, compare it versus the "otter by themeisle" or "GenerateBlocks" performance.

Great content but I want to ask if starter starter site plugin for Astra can be used with generate press

This is so exciting! Thank you for the demo, 3.0 looks so powerful!
You are welcome and it really is! 😊
Great video. Is it possible to set the block visibility based on device. Like show or hide on Android or iPhone or windows?
Yes. In the advanced setting, I think there is an option called "Visibility" where you can toggle show or hide on either an element or an entire section.
@@JackCao Thank you Jack , but that can't detect based on devices like Android or iPhone.
I don't think there are any block plugin that goes so detail into the visibility. Maybe postx does but most dont.
@@JackCao , Thank you. Gonna check Postx out.
nice work Jack!
Thanks Michael!
Hi Jack,
Stackable/pro is slow? 85 on mobile and 95 on desktop with wp rocket.
Nope. It is my slow hosting. It adds little DOM and Child Elements for the motion effects. Stackable 3.0 has lean coding.
i was waiting for the scroll in animations so bad.
it helps to focus on the main slogan if there nothing beneath it till you scroll down.
thx Jack as always
Me too! So excited about it! Best part is the effects do not slow down the site much. Can't wait for it to be live.
Can you make a video on best table plugin for affiliate articles. Amazon and other affiliate articles.
Awesome. Thank you!
You're welcome! 😊
no longer a very nice feature in v2.0 is Advanced Columns & Grid > Collapsed Col. Arrangement. I look for it but can't find it?
Thx Jack! Have u tried motion effect with Elementor? Recently i made a video about it and Its very easy to do!
Yes, but Elementor slows down the site and Stackable doesn't
@@JackCao ah to be honest i havent really noticed that because the site speed is still fast but this is interesting to know. I might do a comparison review in the near future on this topic!
Thanks for the Jack. It very interesting.

It does add to DOM and child elements, but it is minimal. Unless you put a ton of animation onto one page, it doesn't slow down the site much.
Please make a video showing a speed test and code check for seeing how clean the code generated is.
Will do soon, when it is live 😊
Can I use the Stackable 3.0 now?
It will be released soon. 😊
Hi Jack, can you review The Plus Addons for Gutenberg? It looks very promising. Thanks!
Will do soon 😊
