Marionville Multirotors do you know if there’s any other way to charge the battery? Because when I unboxed the drone I couldn’t find the charging station anywhere.

I only got mine today and been on charge aabout 6 hours and lights are still flashing like knight riders front grille lol

Look in the small bags, it should have an adaptor for the cable.
How is that a fail you fool lol You can buy a micro UISB cable for literally £1 on ebay lol
when i put the batteries on charge, no lights on the battery turns on and the led indicator turns red and green alternatively. What is the problem?
Question: Assuming i am charging 4 batteries at the same time. if the 1st and 2nd battery are fully charged, and then whilst the 3rd battery is still in the process of charging, can i remove the 1st and 2nd battery immediately out of the port and start using? will it damage the battery/port?

mustafa kamal yes you can remove batteries as soon as they are charged.

Thanks for the video. I purchased the Mavic Air Combo a few weeks ago. I noticed today when charging the RC that only one USB port on the charger brick works. I re-plugged it in and still only the one USB port worked. I tried a couple other USB devices in the non-working port and it worked fine. I would think it wouldn't matter which USB I plug into for the remote. Is the charging brick faulty? Thanks again for the great video. Ray
Raymond Sherman yes that does sound odd. It shouldn’t matter which outlet you use.

Do you have any hints on how to get a battery out of hibernation
Just put it on charge or switch it on while it’s on charge. If the battery has been sitting for a while it may have dropped to such a low level or won’t take a charge.

Hello, why the charger does not charge all the batteries at once, but gradually? It would speed up the flying process a lot.
Tony Procházka the charger only has so much power so if it charged them all at the same time it would just charge slower.

so after playing with this thing, the major problem is the mavic controller battery life. It does not last long at all. Maybe an hour or less and there is no back up battery for it. Seems almost pointless to have a ton of drone batteries. Do you guys have any solution to this?
Andy H. Tu your battery should last much longer than an hour.
How long are they suppose to last? it only lasted about half an hour for me.
Andy H. Tu you should get around a couple of hours of constant use.

Hi! I have a question regarding charging. I have a new mavic air just a few days old. I've charged the batteries and tried some test flying, probably no more than 1 meter in the air and only in a very small space around me but the batteries only last about 5 min.
Should I leave it for an overnight charge perhaps?
Cass Cassy they is odd. They shouldn’t need a longer charge than normal and you should be getting 20+ mins flying. Do you have more than one battery?

Cass Cassy if it’s doing it with all batteries that’s very odd. Are the batteries showing all lights fully charged. Also check top right in the app and bring up the batteries menus. This will tell your if there are any issues with the battery.

Andy McIntyre that’s a good question. I think you probable could. I’m sure I’ve had the controller stitch in when it was on charge.
Andy McIntyre if your talking about the one on the underside, you can use it for connecting your device.

Dai Nguyen Hi. In the app in the top right menus you will see a battery logo and voltage. Click there and you will see the battery health check and levels. If you have any issues they will flag up red.
Anyone have the light on the charger blink yellow?? What does this mean?
This video is ok but he forgets to tell you that the newer model 4 comes with an adaptor for the USB charging cable. The cable won't fit without it. The manual doesn't mention it either.

If it changed all the batteries at the same time it would just take four times as long as the power supply is the same rating.
It's a smart charging system. It favours the one that is most charged in order to top it off in the shortest amount of time. The idea is so that you can get flying more. Obviously if you just pay attention to this anyway you could do this yourself manually.. it just makes life easier

Mcskittelybiscuts good question. On the Spark you just plug into the USB socket on the back. Might work on the Mavic but I’ve not tried it.

Paul Sandoval sounds like the battery in the controller is failing. Unfortunately you can replace the battery on its own.
