Hello Ms. Jennifer, I hope you are fine. I would like to tell you a tip that I find very helpful for making the transcription tasks easier. I found that the transcription service in the app version of Google Translate is pretty excellent, so I tried to play an audio file from my laptop using the *mini speaker device*, it was transcripted really well on my phone. Next, I saved the transcript on the Google Translate app, then I view them on my laptop, and then I can copy/paste it. I hope you can save your time and exert less effort!
