Baltimore bridge collapse: Pete Buttigieg, Maryland governor hold news conference

US Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg and Maryland Gov. Wes Moore held a news conference Tuesday afternoon after a container ship crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge, causing it to collapse. A construction crew working on the bridge fell into the cold waters below.
