After falling in love with my inside cabin on HAL Rotterdam a few months ago, I was very intrigued to see this video - that room’s huuuuge - I wouldn’t know what to do in there, ha!

Lovely cabin with the fantastic view. Sometimes cabins at the back don't have the glass on the balconies so you don't get a clear view. I love to see the sea from my bed.
It was a great cabin!
The cabin is remarkably like the Rotterdam (now a Fred Olsen ship) that I sailed in about 12 years ago so I assume it is similar throughout as this seems to be one of the older ships. The lack of a shower would be a bugbear for me now. The space impressed me then as I had the cabin to myself. That table proved to be useful for the occasional bridge games I hosted😊😊
I love a nice aft cabin. That one is spectacular. With love and affection, I am saying the following. Next time you are home, get Paul to the doctor and get that neck of his checked. Right side it looks in the camera at least that his neck is THICKER. Get his thyroid checked please. (Tony - La Lido Loca having thyroid surgery on 2/22/2024). Right then, carry on in Vietnam and Thailand and enjoy your trip, but do take a good look.

Ah! yes we were on her in the Mediterranean back in 2012 almost new. Its a beautiful ship.

Carole would you ever do a packing video, we are cruising on the Majestic Princess early April from Sydney to Seattle (33 days) and then we stay on board for (7 days) to Alaska. I watched your Queen Mary video's and would love to know some tips you have on longer cruises and also different weather conditions. We are driving into Fremantle (Perth) Western Aust. tonight to watch the Queen Mary sail out. Thank you for all your video's.
Oh wow that should be a great cruise. Not planning on doing any packing videos though we always pack for 2 weeks regardless of the trip length then either do washing in our cabin or send things off to the laundry. Most ships have self service laudrettes too. So you don't need to over pack. 😃

I heard you mention the ash/soot. Exactly how often and how much did this happen. For those with a chronic cough, this could be a problem. Also did the smoke from the smokers on the aft of deck 9 effect your balcony?
It wasn't a huge issue just some specks on the balcony. We couldn't smell smoke from the Smoking areas.

You can put your suitcases under your bed
It would be really useful to know what each cruise you do has cost in total because a lot of us watch these videos to decide on what to book P S we also watch for the entertainment value though!
