New Translations make the videos easier to understand for people, but for me personally, I really do miss the accents and "broken english" translation voices, It was a big part of the channel for me. I dont know if anyone else agrees or feels similar to me. Lost the personal touch imo.
I know you guys usually leave stuff where it is but it would be great to see things like the books and film etc be preserved. I wish there was a Chernobyl museum that would take it. Such cool history.
@@Goldenretriever-k8m there isn’t any preservation for the documents and unique items there and alot of things seem to have been destroyed by time and weather without this preservation. The also already pick up these items and stir up the dust as it is. I just wish they could find a safe place to store them for future explorers
It'll likely never happen, but I heard the exclusion zone administration was considering renovating a number of units and turning them into museums. It would be amazing if they would reach out and work together with stalkers to make this happen. It would certainly drive up revenue from legal tours
It would be cool if they did, but I fear those buildings will collapse within 10 years if not sooner. The water intrusion is rusting the rebar and you can see the concrete spalling and exposing the reinforcements all over the place. It's sad but it will all be gone one day.

With the cold Winters there I am sure ice forms in cracks and breaks it up even more. Even worse, now with the war they said the Russians stirred up a lot of radioactive soil so that will be another problem to deal with whenever this is all over.
