Search is like fishing nets go setup up your nets and check them after a month. Usually the process described is good if you're ecom you'll get clicks because hopefully you'll have more volume of words if you're a service you'll get clicks because the service is being searched for and people need it if you're in their area. If youre a low volume service that has lower competition I would still setup your website to have a lead capture page and even if your cheap ad budget runs out you'll still get pushed to the top organically... Assuming you're providing something someone somewhere wants and didn't just teleport here from medieval times
To go along with your fishing net analogy (which is perfect by the way) the more you understand the "bait" an actual customer you want, want's, the more you will get. It's that simple.
I agree with everything you're saying. I personally use social media for that iteration process I can get $2 leads with in 1 week and figure out the right bait too one of my baits is a 12 week video program. Have that linked up to ga4 and audience in Google and hammer those same people (or those who clicked) with display and video
@@jim4500 The most used sales funnel out there using free information to build an audience (users who consume most of it get added to an exclusive audience), and then slamming that audience with a sales offer after. Billions have been made doing this (including myself for our own firm).
@@jim4500 LOL, bait for the bait. When I was a kid, I would use worms or traps to fish for chubs (small fish), then use the chubs to get the large bass I was really after. Funny the same process is used to make actual money as an adult.
C, could you do an over the shoulder video for setting up callrail with google ads? I heard you say you can track keywords with callrail in the interview video the other day and my mind was blown. I research to figure it out, but learning from you would be awesome!
The simple answer is just to use the Google ADs integration that Callrail provides out of the box for this. Visit this link (remove the spaces): https: //support. callrail. com/hc/en-us/articles/5711821111053-Google-Ads-integration Once you have this integration setup, all you have to do is check your keywords menu of your Google Ads account for call conversions, or, you can see what keyword generated your call by adjusting columns inside your Callrail account (while viewing the call activity menu). If this info isn't enough, let me know.
