Recently my roas got cut in half for no reason. I think they update their algorithm probably. Are you aware of this ?
The economy is really shitty since the last about 18 months. It's made it considerably harder to get the same results in a lot of non-essential goods/service industries because of that. Other than that, I haven't noticed any algorithm updates that Google has done itself. If something suddenly broke, check your tracking, uninstall and reinstall it, or go back and see what else that has changed since before then.

Yea, it's much easier picking a niche (or several niches) when starting out, honestly. Otherwise, your not going to get anyone interested in working with your new agency. On top of that, be willing to offer starting performance guarantees really helps gain traction at the beginning as well. I had to do both to build up the experience to even start this channel.

Just had a quick question. I am very to new Bing ads, but wanted to ask why use the master exclusion list when you can change the Ad-Group > Ad-distribution setting to only "Microsoft sites and select sites" vs. "The entire Microsoft Advertising Network (recommended)"? I did this, and junk sites dropped significantly, and then after a week of adding to the exclusion list, site traffic is only from MSN and Bing now. I still suspect I am getting a lot of bot traffic tho. Do you get much bot traffic from the Microsoft sites themselves? or just junky partner sites?
To have a higher expected CTR, would it be better to have phrase match keywords only?
