Okay, let me preface this by saying that Jaclyn Hill has never been one of my favorite Gurus. However... watching this video, I don't know, I can't stop smiling. I'm liking her more and more and I hope she posts more videos with this type of energy.

I think everyone expects way too much from palettes in general. They want them to be quick and easy but that isn’t always realistic. You always hear makeup artist and people who work with actual makeup formulas say that certain shades are harder to formulate and work with. If you want to have a color selection with as much variety and versatility as this you have to be willing to sacrifice a little time and patience and put in the work for them as well. The colors in question might not have been immediate color payoff but after building was able to achieve a full pigmented look. The palette does what it says it will do so I don’t understand why people are already shading it
Asia Jeanotte if i can pay anything from £4 a palette from Make Up Revolution that has more pigment than a palette costing £30+ & the MUR palette blends like a dream.

Jaclyn, instead of taking your earrings out after all this time & pain you went through for them, try replacing your studs with flat-backed labret rings. It will have the same aesthetic but hurt a thousand times less. I myself have 17 earrings & I have to say, all my cartilage piercings hurt so flipping much until I did this. It makes it so much more comfortable to sleep on as well!!

Doesn’t seem bias to me at all. She’s hands down very good at blending pigments. It’s very clear in this video that these colors are blendable if you know what you’re doing then of coarse this palette is going to preform. This is one of my favorite looks with this palette so far. It’s beautiful and the colors seem to blend seamlessly. Love this so much! Just Stunning 💜💋💋

i find the layout very smart and helpful!! i noticed that he grouped similar colors in 4’s so that each 4 shadows together could be a themed look. for example the bottom right group of 4 is everything you need for a purple look, the group of 4 blues completes a blue look, etc!!

The only thing I will say is, I know it takes a while to put color on and you explained you go back in like 20 times... I understand from an editing standpoint that’s a lot of time in the video and you don’t want it to be too long...but you literally cut out the part we want to see, the color actually performing when you blend it and apply it. All we were able to see in the beginning with the pink all over the lid was initially applying the color like 3 times and then it was done... 😩 same thing with the other eye. So, in closing I guess what I’m saying is we can only see what the end result is and we don’t know how much work really went into making the shadows work. At least show it all and speed up that part of the video so it makes it more believable. Just a suggestion. Love you

Most people want to see how it blends and the pigment i hate how she cuts all that out and just comes back with a finished product I'd rather watch a longer video than to skip all that. To me that seems shady but thats my opinion I won't be buying this palette either way its just not my cup of tea!
Morphe shadows are usually in my opinion one of the best and affordable... you see the look she created you know it didnt take 5 mins she really worked on that look and all that she didnt show was her adding it all over the lid .. these shadows preform so well and you cant fault jaclyn for not making her video longer so ppl can see her blend the same color .. if the shadow sucked you would've been able to see when she first starting using them..

Doesn’t seem bias to me at all. She’s hands down very good at blending pigments. It’s very clear in this video that these colors are blendable if you know what you’re doing then of coarse this palette is going to preform. This is one of my favorite looks with this palette so far. It’s beautiful and the colors seem to blend seamlessly. Love this so much! Just Stunning 💜💋💋

I just wanted to comment that I really miss your «natural backdrop», like just the space you’re in, instead of these bright colors! For me it kind of takes away fokus from your looks sometimes and can be distracting! Kirstie Roche My thoughts exactly! I was wondering if anyone else thought so. I was actually very put off by the layout. Felt like there was no rhyme or reason to how it was organized. BUT...undeniably beautiful. :)
i find the layout very smart and helpful!! i noticed that he grouped similar colors in 4’s so that each 4 shadows together could be a themed look. for example the bottom right group of 4 is everything you need for a purple look, the group of 4 blues completes a blue look, etc!!

The only thing I will say is, I know it takes a while to put color on and you explained you go back in like 20 times... I understand from an editing standpoint that’s a lot of time in the video and you don’t want it to be too long...but you literally cut out the part we want to see, the color actually performing when you blend it and apply it. All we were able to see in the beginning with the pink all over the lid was initially applying the color like 3 times and then it was done... 😩 same thing with the other eye. So, in closing I guess what I’m saying is we can only see what the end result is and we don’t know how much work really went into making the shadows work. At least show it all and speed up that part of the video so it makes it more believable. Just a suggestion. Love you

Most people want to see how it blends and the pigment i hate how she cuts all that out and just comes back with a finished product I'd rather watch a longer video than to skip all that. To me that seems shady but thats my opinion I won't be buying this palette either way its just not my cup of tea!
Morphe shadows are usually in my opinion one of the best and affordable... you see the look she created you know it didnt take 5 mins she really worked on that look and all that she didnt show was her adding it all over the lid .. these shadows preform so well and you cant fault jaclyn for not making her video longer so ppl can see her blend the same color .. if the shadow sucked you would've been able to see when she first starting using them..
