An impressive estate, however, that natural disaster clause was quite worrisome; it contains no mitigation in place, nor any buyers protection, but just solely the builder (Chinese investors) relying on vague environmental laws that offer no form of financial protection for any buyer, especially given the fact that Lake Victoria water levels have been steadily increasing in Uganda, and will continue to rise in years to come. This is very off-putting and I'd caution any buyer to consider this. The Villas are very near the lake, and the lake has been historically noted to be rising.
