Juneteenth Dance-off

Dance-off near the KVSC 88.1 FM college radio booth at the Juneteenth celebration at Riverside Park in Saint Cloud, MN. Juneteenth marks the anniversary black slaves were freed in Texas. These slaves found out that they were free June 13-19, 1865. The event was a great success, everyone appeared to be having a great time and there was a great vibe in the air.
