To easily understand the widening work from khachan towards kargil is assigned to the so called jugaad contractor haidery constructions. One can easily understand the difference and quality of works of others construction companies whom has been awarded the widening works from Khachan to zanskar side and the works that is being carried out at TSG block. One can easily understand the level of corruption on this widening work that the so called construction company has reduced the existing road to only 34 feets by leaving many plinths (dangas) of the old highway on its place and building new dangas. (this is totally encroachment of public property), we request govt. to constitute SIT for investigation.
Highly appreciate the inspection executed by LAHDC on National Highway NH301. Request to Kindly inspect the quality of workmanship and materials also by a team of Honest Engineers. When Youth Action Committee Kargil raised the issue, authorities were silient. Now at last they understand, Better late than Never .
When the public demands, the councilor will add pickles. When we vote for the councillors, it is their duty to know in advance whatever demand will be there because the public first demands it and then votes for it.
