Hello Sir I am from Bihar and have taken BH series last year and now I am posted in Rourkela odissa . I have got a letter from Buxar RTO regarding the full payment of remaining 14 years taxes in advance within one month other wise they will charge heavy penalty .Bihar goverment has also published it in his gazette and we are forced to do such unacceptable thing but I think if I do so then BH and state registration mark become same. Please help us with guidance in this regard as it is only happening in Bihar state.

Usme drop down menu mein 2022-23 2023-24 aise year aata hai. Uske baare mein pooch rha tha. Because ye payment to 2 years ka hota hai. To usme period mein 1 year kyu aa rha hai ??

I have taken BH series no from Siwan RTO and as per new notifications from bihar government I have to paid 12 years tax at one time when i tring to paid online it fetched only 2 years tax & right now i am unable to go siwan RTO. How to paid full amount online kindly guide us.
I also got notice regarding that but i am surprised to see notice inwhich neither email id not phone no mentioned then how can we contact from RTO for any type of clarification etc.
Sir you are right only Bihar government published notification for 14 years tax they should amend in VAHAN portal for Bihar registered vehicle but this notification is not fair how can state supersede centre notification.

Sir for old vehicle BH may issue as per central government notification but yet so many state not issuing BH for old vehicle so first please confirm in concern state
For refund RTO tax is state matter so some state may refund some not

@@mvikailash sir jaise main 2022 July mein lia gadi. 22-24 tak to paid tha. Abhi July 24 mein mera due ho jayega. Payment gateway par period select karna padta hai. Usme drop down menu mein 2022-23 2023-24 aise year aata hai. Uske baare mein pooch rha tha.
Because ye payment to 2 years ka hota hai. To usme period mein 1 year kyu aa rha hai ??

One time will not be deposit on portal because it is only in Bihar so portal not support you have to contact concern RTO for deposit one time
