Your concept is way different from mine. I took it that Huron actually DID succeed at being The Man Who Lives Forever and lived in through history to become Buck. The reason Buck/Huron then gets tied up in all this edge of life and death shit for two albums is of course that he’s immortal, but he’s not like some Doctor Who wise immortal he’s still a perpetual dumbass pining endlessly for random girls, he just, like, can’t die.
If it wasn’t all about the immortal Lord Huron then why’s the band called that? Checkmate atheists.
I mean in Vide Noir he’s like “To die for good it must be earned the ways of death can never be learned I learned that lesson lives ago” sounds pretty damn immortal to me.
I’m so deeply comforted to know I’m not the only one who’s this obsessed with Lord Huron. It’s been a decade and I’m still so in love with all of their songs, with their sound, with the themes and story….
There’s no other band like Lord Huron. Not one.
Interacting because they genuinely are the greatest band, massively underrated, and have been the catalyst to some of the best breakdowns of my life. More LH content! Tbh you could even do specific song analyses and I think ppl would tune in. There’s just so. Damn. Good.

I feel like it should’ve just been a buck song because as I said, there are WAY too many characters in strange trails, and it seems fair to assume that the events within it applied to Buck too

Hey y'all, saying it so the air is clear but ya I'm just not gunna continue this series. It's not what I wanna make my channel about when I pick it up. As much as I love it, a lot of LH's lore is cleary made up as it goes before each album. *It's not bad*, dgmw, but it's not worth turning into the next matpat over.
Will I make other videos about Lord Huron eventually? Yes, absoluetly. Will it be the focus of my channel? No way.

ik some fans made the "way out there wiki" which imo is rly good. it mainly compiles info whilst listing popular theories and has an ACTUAL timeline listing confirmed events.
MY only gripe is that some things the wiki confirms as canon go against my theories but they're ones I haven't mentioned (but will when I wrap up this series)

I have watched your video in its entirety and have a few thoughts of my own I'd like to share:
FIRST AND FOREMOST: For the sake of morality, hope in humanity, and respect for values that all humans hold dear in their inmost being (whether they live like it or not), LET US ASSUME HURON IS NOT INFIDELITIOUS. It is best to assume he is the most loyal cowboy/wrangler of the west/what have you as I would think cowboys are. Although there may be some speculation that he was disloyal, for his benefit (and for ours) I do not think there is enough to believe he is a two-timin' fool.
I agree that Blaquefut's favorite song is probably something by Sabbaton.
ALSO, LILY'S BOYFRIEND LOOKS LIKE JIM CROCE? HAVE YOU LISTENED TO JIM CROCE BRO? HE'S GREAT. (you get a point for mentioning him.)
I think your theories are interesting. I am having a slightly difficult time following the characters, but I'm sure if I watched the music videos maybe I'd understand more.
And lastly, what is the little clip of music you used at the end called?
