As a multishipper who ships Sonamy, Sonadow and Sonally Im gonna say how I see these ships. 1. Sonamy (Sonic x Amy) Of course, its an official ship and Amy doenst try to hide her feelings since Sonic CD, making this ship the least hated on. Sonic is 15-16 while Amy is 12-13. Yes, Sonic is said to be 15, but in Sonic Generations he had his 16th birthday, so Amy needed to grow older that same year. 2. Sonally (Sonic x Sally) This ship is also canon as in the Archie Comics and multiple TV series, Sally is depeticted as Sonic's girlfriend/wife. In the comics they even had two children named Sonia and Manic. (Real good easter egg to Sonic Underground, eh Sega?) Sonic in the the comics (atleast a prat of it) is soon hitting his 50ths. I do not know the exact age of Sally, but assume it's around 45-47. Not as popular as Sonamy, but definatly well respected. Now the big boy, welp, lets get into this. 3. Sonadow (Sonic x Shadow) Sonadow is a SHIP as stated in the video. They are not canon. The closest we've ever gotten to canon Sonadow is Sonic Prime Season 2 where Sonic says this to Shadow: "I heart you to Shadow." Now, the biggest debate is the age gap between these two hedgehogs. Sonic as already said is 15-16. Shadow- tough one. It depends on how you want to look at it. Shadow was created as a teenager around the age of 17-19. However after the accident on the Ark, he was frozen for 50 years. I see it as a Captain America Story. Where Shadow didnt age at all, so he still is a teenager, just like Sonic. However, if someone ships Shadow as a 50 with Sonic. Then I cant really enjoy it- for obvious reasons. To the people who wrote these comments. Some *TRIED* to be somewhat respectful, while the other one was straight up against LGBTQ, but I am not gonna go that deep, because I aint gonna get cancelled like that. Respect peoples ship and if you dont like it, either explain politly why or just ignore it. Hate comments wont make it better in any way. Unless the person is shipping Shadow with Cream, because thats honestly just disgusting. Back to the message: Respect that there are people who have diffrent likings then you and be civil to everyone. Treat people like they treat you.
