My brother in law had trouble waking up. My sister would have to kick him out of bed in the morning to get him to work on time and he would fall asleep in front of the space heater in the living room. I have seen him eat a meal in his sleep. Finally he decided he wanted to get better at waking up and he got a wearable alarm that would buzz at higher frequencies until it starts shocking. You have to do jumping jacks to turn it off. Got him up pretty quickly after the first morning.
To the guy who has trouble dealing with his terrible past ! Forgive yourself! I was the same way due to the past mistakes, bad ones that affected my kids. The hardest person to forgive is yourself. It’s a choice, not a feeling. The choice to forgive falls like a rock but the feelings of forgiveness fall like a feather
Processed meats and processed food has to be eliminated to avoid diverticulitis. I’ve been suffering on and off for five months with diverticulitis, lost a bunch of weight, it’s a tough road! But God is good!

Love it when Jep is on the show! Diverticulitis is no joke. Be careful. Avoid seeds, popcorn etc. You'll end up in the hospital with an infection. Take care!
Jep, i have had severe issues with sleeping the past few years. I finally found something to help. I take l- tryptophan and melatonin. I have had to adjust it and i finally got it right and i am finally sleeping. I also have reduced the caffeine, unfortunately, the older you get caffeine can really mess up your sleep. Good luck. Also get checked for sleep apnea, my hubby has it, really affected his sleep.
Hey Jep, speaking from experience. I myself had severe stomach pains for a period. Went to several doctors and many test. Finally visited with a doctor who spent 10 minutes asking me questions. When I mentioned I drank lots of Mountain Dew he said that was my problem. Cut out all sodas, no problem for past 20 years

Regarding the question Jeremy asked: if he hurt someone else, telling him to just move on isn't the answer if he's trying to reconcile a relationship he broke. If that's the case he's gotta repent, and make an amends to the people he hurt with the strength and wisdom of Jesus. "Just move forward" is dismissive of hurt he may have caused to others.
I get your point and it’s good to keep in mind that Bible says that we overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. It’s really good to share story! And jase it’s hard for you love (be compassionate) because you’ve been forgiven little I think.

Yes, please get off the “energy” drink now because they are addicting. When my husband was a recruiter for the military he literally had to get 20 year olds off those in order for them to go to boot camp. Jep ,as a person who struggles to sleep too, dive deep into this because it could be a number of things going on internally as you age that you might not even think of areas where you are struggling(physically I mean). I know boo! I say that because I just found out I have moderate sleep apnea which I z never had a clue that that was an area where I struggled. I will be praying for you brother.

Sepis an infection in the blood is the main problem of diverticulitis. My husband died of Sepis. 3 days and he was gone after the pain started.
