Thank you for speaking about Ray. Having been in his noon Sangha 5 days a week for some time now, he is a constant in life. He is such a special presence and he speaks so often about you as his teacher. We continue the noon meditation Sangha for our healing and for his. Thank you for this.
Blessings to Ray, my brother was in this situation, it is difficult long may his upbeat attitude surround him. The last time I heard the term JuJu (not sure of the spelling) was when my dad used it. So the start of your talk raised a smile. I have had a journey with breast cancer, I hated it when people said 'You are so brave'. I never thought about it being a battle or needing to be brave. I called the cancer 'my little inconvenience'. Sort of naming it was helpful to me. Everyone's journey with cancer is different and highly personal so I try not to give advice but one thing I truly believe is that healing begins with inner acceptance of self and a positive mantra. My journey was five years of surgeries and treatment but 'my little inconvenience' has taken a back seat and it did enrich my life. As ever the words you speak in meditations are so encouraging and insightful. The talk was uplifting thank you so much for all the time and dedication you put into these Monday night blessings.
These talks are becoming the highlight of my week! When life is very stressful it’s difficult to remember sometimes to take of ourselves first , but these talks and meditations serve a brilliant reminder !!! ❤
Thank you Jonathan for the meditation and video! I have been nursing a bad infection in my eye after an injection in my eye, healing is happening and deeply grateful. Sending healing love to Ray. Much love to you and Tara from across the pond. ❣️
This one was extra special thank you Jonathan. I'm sorry about your war wounds, they add up and cause chronic pain yes. Even if we do everything to care for the body still it flares up 🙏
Struggling to be with Life. I was widowed in 2007 and lost a partner to cancer in 2020. My recent relationship ended with him having a major heart attack one week ago. How to be with this is my main question.
Oh my, Cathy. I'm so sorry to hear of all these challenges. I think perhaps all we can ask in the moment is, "What is the most important thing right now?" That inner listening may point to something that helps you bear this. So wishing you ease as you ride these waves .... Many blessings to you!
Thank you,Jonathan. Your talks are wonderful! Sending love and compassion. 🌻
Thank you for the kind words. Best wishes!
