Getting in deep with the why of meditation... so good.
Sometimes in the past when a situation went haywire, I felt as if I should be feeling more and expressing more, and if I didn't, it indicated I was a bad person. And then I would stumble around with made-up words and made-up emotions... what I thought was appropriate. Now I can sometimes notice in the nick of time the self-judgment in that, which only gets in the way of any words that might express what I truly feel, or a silence that might work even better.

Hi Jonathan, could you give the name of the person that said: who are you when there is no problem to be solved? I didn't quite catch it and am very interested. And thank you again for a moving talk. The original wound... It helps me a lot. Love from Amsterdam

It's a classic inquiry, but I believe I was referring to Loch Kelly. Wonderful teacher. Best wishes!

@@jonathanfoust635 thanks! (for me it's still a miracle to be able to ask a question to
someone literally on the other side of the world, and then to wake up (the regular kind of waking up) the next morning and find it's been answered... 🙃) xxx
