If you look into the bottom left corner, it looks like an old man with some big hat, glasses, mustache, his arms n fingers. But if you look above that to the ball of smoke, follow that line, it's like a dragon with wings. Then up in the right corner, it looks like an open mouthed snake with a glowing eye.

Okay, so, look at the very bottom of the video and look down to the right. Those white, feathery like things are his fingers, going up he's hunched over like he's examining something with his mustache and his fancy glasses that have something attached to them with a hat on his head. Hopefully this'll help better with the image c:

Like, I can see a kind of ghost guy in a suit with a top hat, where the hands that you see are a bow tie to me, and then going up you see that he's hunched like yours and has a glowing monocle like eye and then a very flashy top hat with a yellow fur lining kind of thing.
