snap snap snap about sleep, ankles but not too bad at the moment, it's very mild here in Wales, which is helping me. my GPs are rubbish. i have been going out and do go out, not so much in the evenings though. enjoy your evening just try not to touch doors with your hands, I use my elbow, or put my sleeve on my hands and touch everything with that, or better still wear gloves. sometimes I go for a carvery, and I get shocked to see everyone queuing up to using the same utensils everyone has touched. people have short memories.
