That's not real cold Start LOL , with neg 24 deg. in any diesel engine, glow plugs would be glowing few seconds instead of turn off immediately like here ( and with out them car would not start at this temperature , it would crank until battery would die if it would be real Cold Start )
I don't know why was the light turn off so quickly 🤔. Anyway, this was the first cold start the next day with new glow plugs. You can see RPM was over 1k after start because engine was cold.
You can hear by the way it cranked up that it was a proper cold start, if your car cranks untill it dies then you have a problem my friend, the car should start under any conditions if it's taken care of, dude
