finally found a name i like and available. Took me 3 weeks of throwing names at the wall to land it. Just secured all the social handles now just need to file the llc paperwork/fees/register agent.

What if on the USPTO, records show people using names similar to what I want to use, but all of them have one extra word before or between the name that I want to use? There's only 3 that are still live. Also, the second website won't work for Florida. There's no "bizfile", Just subbed BTW thank you.

What is the name is being used in the UK and I'm based in the US and we do the complete opposite. Say I'm doing clothing and they're a security company? in addition my same name will have clothing in it as the security company just has the name.
