@@wawerusarah251 the security is very safe.. you have to pass through 2 gates before you get to the house. The first gate is like a km away. Plus prisons is just next.. also theyl install cctv cameras in the neighbourhood

I agree with you bro. 18m is fair, if I was to buy it or be given an opportunity, I would change a few things inside to make it look more spacious inside as it does outside! That family room should not be there, and that would really open up the sitting room downstairs so that people can fully enjoy the double ceilings.

What a mansionette for just 18m! I like every single thing about it. Had a dislike for flat roofed mansionettes but for this one...damn!
It’s really affordable if you do the math and even consider the location which is not a concrete jungle like most other areas, you will find that this house is worth it. When done appropriately, flat roof are a good addition!

I like the fact that the house is spacious with big windows. At least they have some green space, lacking so much in Africa. As usual no space for sidewalks and trees, but much better than what we usually see. Good finishes, and the staging is nice also.
Since they are still building, they are yet to do sidewalks and landscaping. I’m sure they will incorporate that. Thank you so much for watching. The large windows are definitely a plus.
