Salamwakum I am going through physical and mental anxiety … my Iman is Mashallah vv strong.. despite these situations. When in anxiety with all the discomfort. I say Allhumdullah as Allah has his own reasons 😊 yet I like & used to do exactly what u mention …. I have. Question coming out of anxiety want tht take you back to of anxiety which I am working to get rid off
