A coach is supposed to manage this lead to victory in such an important game by putting the right players on the floor....not necessary your star players...and they blew that game which could have changed everything. Lakers could have easily beat Denver with just a few in game adjustments. All through the year he switched up the rotations that worked and undercut everyone's confidence. Being a nice guy, and Wilbon's and Smith's pal while constantly blaming his players aint winning basketball. Good riddance.
