Yeah. My bad. Didn't know about it until now. I was planning on a part two in October for the Rage of the Abyss Mimighoul cards. Charm was included in this video because it was officially confirmed. If you want to know my initial thoughts about it, I think it's pretty bad. Just an upgraded Book of Taiyou. Giving the opponent a choice between options means that they will always choose the option that benefits them the most, or hinders them the least, which would be the option to flip on an empty field or draw if Dragon is set on an established field. The flip also depends on what new flip monsters they release. With the current pool of monsters I don't believe it does much going first, but you might be able to force the draw effect going second if you put Dragon on the opponent's field. The draw 2 isn't a gain in card advantage so it'll be better to use Talent if you want to draw, although you could use Fork to bring the Triple Tactics cards online. The grave effect decent, but you will have to run multiple Forks which wouldn't be a problem if the primary effect was playable. Having both effects be activatable within the same turn is something that I wished Maker and Room had, but again, that first effect weighs it down like a lead brick.
You missed out on purrely mimighoul :)
You forgot Mimighoul Fork too
