I just ordered the thermometer via your link mostly based off this video (and additional Amazon reviews). I'm brand new to smoking protein so I'm pretty excited to get this wireless accessory to help with the temp. Btw, your other video on how to maintain target temperature on the Weber Kettle got me pulling the trigger on a Slow 'n Sear charcoal basket (after being on the fence for awhile). Thanks!
That strip is definitely medium vs med rare but that is exactly how I would expect a steak to look if you removed at 130 vs closer to 125. This is impressive.
Yeah, I didn’t account for the carryover temperature like I should have. That’s one of the reasons why I pointed out that customization feature that they had for the temperature.

At the time I received this… no it is a single use thermometer. Only one can be connected to the app.

Used mine in a charcoal Weber kettle and the ambient temp overheated and stopped working? How do you change the max temp setting.
