The coastal city of Campeche is located on the gulf of Mexico, it is a well preserved city that was declared a UNESCO World heritage site in 1999.
The city was fortified in the 17th century in response to pirate attacks and currently has 2 fortresses that are museums and are open for visitors.
The city has a relaxed vibe where you can take a stroll around the beautiful colonial buildings and the seaside coast to catch the epic sunset daily.
