Do you have the BT2000 card for the ms6x controller? I have just put the BT module in and read the settings from the controller and now all the end points and AUX channels are messed up. I dont know what the default settings are for this bike. Do you have a video or any help?
Unfortunately I do not have a video about this because mine hasn't given me these issues. I have seen people in the forums talk about the bt module resetting the settings in the app so it's definitely happening to some. I would check the promoto Facebook group and see if someone posted the stock settings.
Dx3 smart blue tooth module from spektrum it sell for about $25 it shows Speed of bike, internal temp. Battery life ( even if you don’t run spektrum smart batteries) you have to prefer it separately and put it in receiver do you use one of these also & can you control your settings with these as well
The Bluetooth module is for endpoint adjustment and temp, battery voltage and amp draw. The speed is just calculated not actual so I don't rely on that. It doesn't changed ESC settings. You need this card or the actual spektrum program card but it has to be the V2 I heard.
I'm running Amazon batteries. Been liking the ovonic, hilldow, RcLipo brands. I'm running 5000mah to 6200mah 2s 50-100c. Heard people running 7200mah. They are a generic size 2s stick pack all my packs fit.
@@RunThatRC how are you getting your batteries to hook in because it only accepts ic5/ec5 connector do you have an adapter that you use or - are all of your batteries coming with this setup( ec5/ic5 already installed) also which charger are you using to charge your batteries- please provide link
Ec5 to deans the one without a wire. Its direct from ec5 to deans so it doesn't take up too much space and tucks in nice. Or you could find batteries that already have the right connector. I've had these batts already thats why I went this route.
I have several but the GT Power V6 DUO has been great. It was sent to me by Banggood. I recommend at least a 10a charger to have decent charge times for these batteries.
nice! your in Az as well. I live in Phoenix close to laveen. I literally called them when they opened and they had a couple green and blue ones no red. I drove straight there asap and snagged one. They are the only shop that has been getting a ton of bikes in for some reason. The hobby shop closer to me hasn't seen any yet.
@@RunThatRC thanks got it. But now my hobby wing program card is just flashing not picking anything up? Weird no? I plugged the program card in first then powered the bike and not reading anything :(
@@rctrucksamerica6868 are you using this exact programmer with the red accent sticker? If you are then not sure what can be happening. Plugged in reverse? When I plug it in it doesn't power up right away it blinks then powers up.

There is a guy on ebay selling some even has more 3d printed parts for the promoto. Just search losi promoto and you should find some of his listings.

I actually did but accidentally deleted the footage. The rc saylors, rc review and also mine does 42mph out the box.

You can take of the front skid and the esc has a servo style port just hanging there and you just plug this programmer in and turn the bike on.
