Is there a mod for quake 2 remaster that turns multiplayer targets bright coloured? Just curious

Dunno if there is something ready to download but its possible to do. I edited PAK file and changed skins using PakScape. Anyway i dont play q2 remaster. Orginal q2 is much better for multiplayer
