just finished replacing mine.
to anybody asking if it was still ok after the battery got bended, TOTALLY.
mine bended too coz it was hard to take out, i have no proper tools, so i had no choice but to bend it to take it off.
still the battery is in the same condition. i am using it right now. still works just as fine,
just be careful not to pick a hole on the battery. so it is very important not to use too sharp objects.

It's important to not use metal tools with batteries ever!! Some alcohol helps with the glue as well as heating it up a bit

u could've put books or something a bit heavy on top of it to hold the screen tight while it dry . instead of the elastic strings. but thank you so much i did learn a lot from this video

Plastic pick for back removal is a better option specially for huawei it doesnt need metal pry tool it can damage the back easily

That glue is not going to hold it tight man. You gotta use tape!

Tape will not work, that is the correct glue for LCD replacement.....
