he is unprofessional
1.he didn't use hot air gun to remove the screen
2. @ 15:21 while assembling the new screen you need to peel the blue plastic film from the bottom of the screen connector and attach it to the back of screen.

no testing before installing and did not remove the plastic strip of adhesive in LCD flex, not sure if it works
