Mai, pro organizer here. I recommend getting a 3 ring binder with clear sheet protectors for all manuals that go with your house. Included paint chips/brand of the paint used in the home, any warranties, ac, fridge, stove, microwave etc. It’s wonderful when you sell the house because everything is there and stays with the house for the next owner.

Professional organizer here… You can take a picture and send it to the cloud to download for them or everything is available online for them or just keep it with the appliance in a clear folder taped to the back or side of it

2. You already have the manuals from the appliances there (no googling to find the manual )
3. And it’s all in one place -
4. If you sell your home everything is in one place for the new owners. And most of the time you never interact with a buyers. It’s just simpler.

Mai, I have the same broom holders and you can hang the swiffer and brooms the other way so that they all fit. In other words, hang one so that the cleaning side faces up, the next one so the cleaning side faces down. You currently have all the cleaning ends facing down. If you switch it up for some of them, it gives you plenty of room to use each of the openings. 😀

And I truly don’t think it’s “your fault” for having a baby that wants to be comforted by you all the time :) I feel like babies just like adults have different love languages and comfort needs and you are just meeting your babies needs ☺️ my twins HAD to be on me at all times. From day one it was non stop. Even now they always ask to cuddle and both need to be cuddled on me a lot. Then my youngest never had that same level of cuddle needs and totally didn’t mind napping and sleeping on his own right away. Even now he runs really hot and doesn’t like cuddling that much. He prefers just talking and spending time without the cuddles haha

Suggestion for "Paper Clutter" you can SCAN all paper documents your keeping unless it says required. Store in a digital folder on your computer and a backup on a flash drive. For things like the manuals you can most likely find a ebook version of it online. You can download the copy to save to same folder or bookmark the page for later use. Hope this helps. Most things can be digitized like this so they take up less physical space in your home.
If you're worried about the width of the new shoe cubbie you could also put it up vertical instead of horizontal.
You can configurate PAX online in different sizes and options. I'm sure you can get the one that's fit in your space. Fingers crossed. You deserved it.
I love watching/listening to your videos while I clean my own house. Somehow it makes it feel like I’m cleaning my house while a friend is keeping me company :)

Check out your local salvos or goodwill. You can almost always find a nice dresser that only needs a sanding and refinish/repaint or a little tlc. Bonus if you're choosy with the "bones" quality you can have a nice usable piece of furniture that was saved from a landfill and can last you for years to come
FYI---user manuals can all be found on line now. When I purchase a new item, I find the manual, put it in a doc and toss the paper

Have you ever watched the interior designer Sarah Richardson's shows? She has used Ikea's kitchen cabinets when a space has difficult dimensions. They turned out amazing. There's even slide out drawer inserts.

If you have a basic sewing machine with a zigzag stitch or a serger, you can cut up old towels into square reusable "paper towels" and then overcast the edges to prevent unraveling. Pretty much the only thing I use normal paper towels for is toilet cleaning and patting meat dry. Saves SOOO much on paper towel money
Have you looked into Elfa at the container store? For a small area in your closet it might be affordable and it comes in different depths.

Since manuals tend to slip and slide in a drawer, we keep ours in two magazine holders ( Think rectangular box with no top and sides cut at an angle.) Be sure to buy sturdy ones that won't bulge or fall over constantly. I use one for major appliance info and one for small appliances. You could keep these in a cabinet.
Most manuals can be found as a PDF online via the manufacturer’s website. You could potentially recycle more from that pile and keep what you can’t find 😉
Container store has the best products. You can make a storage unit yourself or you can have them do it for you. You will need make an appt. Checking pricing.

I keep all my warranty and manuals in a binder. I put each one in a clear paper protector and use binder dividers to categorize into sections (small appliance, electronics, large appliance, home entertainment, etc) then I can just leave the PRETTY binder on a shelf or , like I do now, I keep the binder in a portable file tote with all my other important papers that I actually in hanging files .

Yeah, Ikea cubes it is! We have many of them around the house. There is also an insert which divides one cube into two shelves. Why are you not looking for a nice dresser with drawers instead of an armoire solution? Ikea has quite high ones as I remember (Malm for example).

Did you check out the mordió or brimmes line at IKEA? You can take your measurements and ask for help in the closet section from a coworker and they have a planning program to help you design your space. Good luck

Hello Mai, I’m Shamica, ur newest subscriber. I’m so glad I came across ur channel. 😍 The cowboy boots have always been a thing in our household. My ex-husband, nickname, is actually cowboy. Lol! And he & my son, still wears boots to this day. My five year old grandson, absolutely LOVE them, and we have to do the same thing, literally pry them off his feet; he will go to sleep in those boots. 😂🤣 Also, I’m with u, on the McDonald’s fries, that’s the only way I’ll eat them, is with the sweet & sour sauce. 🥰 however, I don’t drink sodas, at all… Can’t wait to see more of ur videos; thanks for sharing! 💕

I commented earlier about the Hyacinth cubes , but forgot to mention that my oldest son has 9 kids ages 14 down to 2 years , with one set of identical 5 1/2 yr old twin boys who were born 13 weeks prematurely. My niece has 3 year old fraternal twin boys as well as a 4 yo and 9 yo. My daughter has an almost 3 yo daughter and fraternal 6 month old daughters 😂…I keep telling her it will get easier as they get older (didn’t say how much older 😂) Just have to be patient and know this season won’t last and just appreciate each day come what May .

Would one of ikeas modular systems like elvari or Ivar work for you? Eket might also have drawers. Maybe platsa, it's meant for smaller spaces?

Your table is still wood lol it just has a coating on top. Did you get rid of the kids' mini fridge? I didn't see it in your kitchen. You can also get hair wraps on Amazon, nice micro-fleece ones, they're my favourite towels.
yes wood under a thick coat of basically plastic 😂 and yes! we ended up returning the mini fridge because the kids played with it too much. waste of energy and space so I'm glad we were able to return it
I worry the cubes just bury the shoes and you only use the ones on the tops and then when the bins get sloppy and misshapen and I couldn’t deal with that
I got very sturdy wicker cubes from ikea eventually and they have been working out great fortunately! My boys each only have 3-4 airs of shoes each so they can easily see all their options and choose what they want :)

Have you tried a hair towel? Small, microfiber. Very absorbent and don't weigh down your hair. Lots of options on Amazon. I use mine every day and love it. I also struggled with PP hair loss.
