Good video and good explanation of the procedure! Just wanted to say that when you say at 2:55 that the flow of the descending aorta is more turbulent, that is not always the case. What we see there is a phenomenon of Aliasing (we see yellow color instead of the expected blue color, as the blood flow moves away from the probe) and that is because of the speed of the blood flow overcoming the speed on the scale. That does not mean necessarily that the flow is turbulent or there is any pathology/anomally, and could be a perfectly normal scenario as in this case.
