New video from Dr. Volodymyr Pavliuk "A new approach to assessment of left ventricular contractility - simplified LV systolic function index" ruclips.net/video/Fb3Agy1X4k8/видео.html
WHAT IS DOES THE MAXIMUM TEMPORAL SAMPLING MEAN in the section of "Effect of Frame Rate" - also listening to your explanation the wording is confusing. So avoid widening the color box over the regurgitant jet {which decreases (creates low) frame rate}, because this WILL NOT create a true depiction of the color jet?
in echo labs with a lot of operators yes...in clinical individual practice maybe not...Anyway...the explanation of all methods is really good (and remember that recomendations say that a method like VC or PISA be used instead of area of regurgitant jet area or coanda effect)..but this is time consuming!
If you dont know any of this already you have No idea what shes talking about. If you do know then you dont need to watch this. Who is your audience? ??

Tuyệt vời quá, cảm ơn tác giả rất nhiều. rất chi tiết và kỹ càng.
Excellent ,I have no words for thanks.
Excellent, very clear and very useful presentation! Thank you!🙏💥
Verry verry nice presentation
Excellent demonstration
And perfect speed
Just loved it
All the best and please try to make many more of such videos
Very informative! Thank you !!
Does mitral regurgitation affect diastolic parameters like E/A, lateral/septal E' ?
i can not thank you enough >this lecture is priceless
EXCELLENT LECTURE, RELAVENT ILLUSTRATIONS, EXCELLENT TEACHING. THANKS
Thank you so much ...for this very clear presentation👌
매우 고맙습니다.
What does the yellow color mean in a predominantly blue area on the resting echocardiogram?
Thank you so much! This video is very helpful. Do you have similar videos about other valvular heart disease?
Not yet
very good video. I saw several times. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! This video is very helpful
Question: What causes LV hypertrophy in the later-stages of the Mitral regurgitation after dilation has already occurred?
John Doe Increased stroke volume leads to enlarged LV.
Nice overview of Mitral valve regurgitation assesment!
Amazing! ❤ thank you sooo much 💚🧡❤💙
i have a question please ...since MR in systolic period happens..why some jets are measured in diastolic periode ..namely during t wave on the ecg
T wave is part of systole.
Great clips and explanations. Do you measure LA area in the same frame?
Excellent dear...thanks a lot 🙏🙏
Indeed one just used to practice ; however , with a days it will be a reflex calculation , provide all or most to these measures must be taken
Could not understand how to calculate regulation jet area
Please explain in next vedio
Thank you very much this was really helpful.
Excellent presentation ma'am
Thank you this is really helpful
Awesome👍
Really very helpful and many new points...but the pisa and coanda effect are not clearly understood. Many thanks.
Thank you very much. Very helpful
PISA patient D is in a fib, shouldnt you average out a few measures to get an average regurge velocity?
THANK YOU SO MUCH! VERY HELPFUL!
thanks ,very useful video in echo
Very helpful!
Excellent! Thanks....
Excellent...thank you
Very useful. Thank you
Thank you
Very helpfull
