well. it is good. but I do not agree that we cannot measure the LVOT VTI to estimate the SV in patients with severe MR. We obviously use it to estimate the CO in patients with severe AR (but what goes to the aorta in patients with MR is the actual SV).

Great presentation, although Teicholz' formula for EDV calculation should read "EDV = (D^3)*7/(2.4 + D)" not "EDV = (D^3)*7/(2.4 * D)"
