The amount of words you can write is the measured distance from every letter of the alfabet independely and add these 26 numbers / 26 (avarage number) • amount of letters in your word. Now you got the distance of your word. Then divide this distance with the total of cheap ass pencil (3.8 miles) and you got the answer. Your'e welcome 😉
When you sped up the belt, you changed the variables. Now the graphite is hotter(hence the darker shade) which makes it softer and now doesn't last as long.
Don't they use graphite when handling molten glass? Do you think that additional speed was a major variable change? I had the same thought too, then talked myself out of it, now I'm on the fence about it
If it did, it would have created minor changes. He didnt go far with the slower speeds of the first pencil, so I dont see that as a cause for the longer distances. The only reason my pencils last forever is because my dad always yelled at me for pressing to hard when I wrote as a child so writing lightly just grew on me 😂
@shark fighter7849 the amount of pressure you can apply to a mechanical pencil depends on how far you push the graphite out. for instance, if the graphite is pushed out too much then you can't apply much pressure, or it would break instantly. if the the pencil wasn't pushed out too much you can apply more pressure and it wont easily break. as for the pen, if you press lightly you can get a thinner solid line of ink which uses up less ink. i see where you are coming from though :)
The colour does not make a difference here, a pen and a pencil create marks on the paper in different ways. A pencil contains a graphite core which rubs off on paper, leaving a grey mark, when pressure is applied. A ballpoint pen however contains liquid ink, which is transferred out of the pen onto the paper where it dries up, leaving a coloured mark. This was inaccurate because the paper had the rough treadmill material which made it worse, he also had the pencil draw diagonally which is a longer distance than the straight line measured, the pencils also weren't finished to the end, and the treadmill was going faster than you'd usually write, causing it to finish faster and have a higher chance of breaking. My respect went up for you just by reading the title!! Keep up the effort man🙌🙌
I am sure this will be the next big thing. I am sure. Well atleast this video is sure to blow up at some point. SO I WAS HERE BEFORE IT BLEW UP
Wow really appreciate the time and effort you put into this video
This was inaccurate because the paper had the rough treadmill material which made it worse, he also had the pencil draw diagonally which is a longer distance than the straight line measured, the pencils also weren't finished to the end, and the treadmill was going faster than you'd usually write, causing it to finish faster and have a higher chance of breaking. That's why google shows different results.
Idk why this showed up in my recommended but I’m happy it did PS as an artist you just gave me an idea using the pen! Great video
