So, soo happy I found this workout! It's been 4 years since I've last done any Taekwon-Do and finding this workout was a real eye opener for me. I have none to 0 stamina left in my body and my technique's gotten so bad& rusty 😭😭😭

Love this workout, Samery!! I feel pretty exhausted (maybe it's the heat of summer) but satisfied and wanting to try another one right now!! I really need to work on my flexibility, balance and endurance, the slow motion kicking has been a bit of a nightmare to me, haha!! But we will do it!! NEVER GIVE UP!!

Hi Sam, What kind of stretching do you do? I am a red belt rookie I do tkd for around 2 and half a year now. But I really need some help getting flexible knees because my roundhouse and frontkicks look very choppy and messy overall. I always stretch when I get home, but it might need more exercises than the usual same basic stretches. Kind regards, thank you :)
