I do your mindfulness breath work, then the Wim Hof method, then 10 minutes of awareness meditation, then daily affirmations, followed by a cold plunge. Then I read a chapter or so. I'm reading, as a man thinketh, the power of now. Cold water swimming. ECT. This is my morning routine.

Mine is so similar. I jump out of bed and setup my morning necessities on my porch. Then, I do breathwork of ≈ 8 rounds. I also drink tea with calming music. Then, I perform a stillness meditation and acknowledge God, Grace, and a Hummingbird has recently been visiting me everyday and looks at me B4 drinking nectar. I then meditate on scripture, write down affirmations, write down my dream if I have one, and journal a prayer then read about 4 chapters. Quick walk, quick stretch, and deliberate cold into hot shower.

Hello! I have severe nerve inflammation in the shoulder area, can I continue taking a cold shower or is it harmful. And are there special breathing exercises that suppress inflammation?
Cold showers and cold plunges suppress inflammation and so does breathwork like the Wim Hof Method.
Kitaro, what type of breathing one with gad should seek throughout the day when aware of it? I've noticed that usually I shallow rapidly breath unconsciously then when I notice I have to get a full inhale like I'm out of breath. Sometimes when I'm too anxious I can't naturally achieve a full inhale like I'm suffering some form of suffocation. I'm asking cuz I can't do whm all day long 😂😂😂😂
Make sure to fully exhale before trying to get your full inhale, so that you create the space for that full inhale to actually have somewhere to go.
For GAD, I would recommend doing physiological sighs, and then maybe some box breathing.
I cant seem to fill up as fast as you. It takes me about 4-5 seconds to do a complete breath. Thus, when I follow your videos I only fill like a half breath. Still more than a usual inhalation, but not at all complete. Am I doing it wrong?
