I’ve gotten one man show a few weeks ago based on your review. I don’t regret it one bit it’s so fresh and soapy but still has an ultra masculine green scent that definitely feels like your a one man show it’s amazing. I’m starting to build up a classic fragrance collection (I already got English Leather, Brut classic scent vintage version in glass bottle, Versace The Dreamer, Versace L’Homme, Stetson Original, Jackomo De Jackomo, Hugo Boss Dark Blue, Bogart Signature, Dior Fahrenheit, Ralph Lauren Polo Green, and Chanel Antaeus. I'm just waiting to complete my Roger pellegrino trio as he also did Versace l'homme and Armani eau pour home, all classic scents with a twist but a definite dna shared among them, now I've been doing this for a few years it's now you can appreciate them more, great content as always, keep those classic cheapies coming!
What makes me laugh is how the big brands are releasing new scents with 3 or 4 fragrance notes and charging $100. Give me the old classics with a note list a mile long any day.
I bought this last week. And I just love it. Classic old school Cologne. Reminds me a lot of Polo modern reserve. But way cheaper. Just love it. I like it more than Jacques bogart signature. But they're both very good!
yes, I have both, but the one man show felt richer and more aromatic to me. I like it more than the signature. the signature is not bad just the smell hasn't changed much and it's mostly straight

I had my first bottle of ONE MAN SHOW at the end of 1981, my uncle that lived in NY (USA) gave me a bottle of this manly juice as a Christmas present; WOW!!!! ............. it was a pure atomic explosion, it still keeps some of that power (although the infamous reformulation took some of its power) still is good and powerful for the day standards; I Iike this EDT but I am not in love with it; the one I love from BOGART house is BOGART(signature), but ONE MAN SHOW comes very close to it in style and strong character....super classic and macho as hell.

I’m just now learning about this. After spending hundreds looking for beast modes. I bought Hawas and Rue broca pride only because someone said they were beast 😂 went and got Savage Elixer $215.00. Which I don’t regret. But all I had to do was buy something that’s been around since I was a kid 😂
I just got this in today. I am not huge on it, but its growing on me. I don't have much experience with older style colognes, I am more accustomed to ADQ, Savauge, etc. style fragrances. I will say I prefer it to Polo Green so far.
I saw your inst stories and was wondering will you review this one again. It's interesting, i find OMS a very modern smelling fragrance. I don't smell anything that would take me back a lot, like oakmoss or rosemery overload that some old school fragrances have.
Yeah it’s a very unique classic but it’s similar to Krizia Uomo which is the higher end smoother version of it but that’s also a classic as well. I gave this a lot of wear before I made the review

OMS is such a great release. Funny thing but this was one of Johnny Cash's favorite scents and if I'm not mistaken was in fact his signature scent. The Bogart house is amazing. I too have Eau Fresh, Furyo, OMS, OMS oud (which I really really like) and Signature. Signature is my favorite because it has such an amazing depth in all that oak moss. But yeah this one is polarizing. I've had days with this one where I smelled that pissy ash tray smell and it was really off putting. But you're dead on. It's a tough one to pick out single notes. I get the woody, spicy, floral, warm, etc. But man I swear, the oud edition is a great winter cozy wear. Only need a spray or two.
I like the original the best and oud, I don’t care for the other two and I have not tried emerald yet. Eau fresh is so good too but signature is the best !

Jacques Bogart is the most underrated house in the frag community. I own Furyo and at first wasn’t that pleased with the smell but oh boy , it’s definitely a killer and ended up loving it. SIGNATURE is definitely top quality for the price . I’ve been kind of unsure on blind buying One Man Show . Tried OMS Oud Edition and seriously I didn’t like it lol . Furyo even outperforms Kouros, quite aggressive and badass 🤘
Oud is hit or miss for some people, but the original one man show I think is excellent and it’s so cheap you won’t be out a lot of money if you don’t like it thankfully. Signature is the best by far ! Thank you for watching as always Sergio !
I regret selling my vintage so bought a replacement which is thankfully the same scent not reformulated though yes not so brash. I wish we had the body products in the U.K. I’d love my bathroom to smell of it. I like oms gold but my sprayer is faulty it comes out like a jet

Apologies to say it but haters will hate. This bad boy is a classic master piece and it is a land mark in my humble opinion, certainly not for the faint of heart but i find it to be a much more polite well behaved version of polo green/bogart signature. My favorite is this and the oud. Great video and review

Hi there Calen, I suggest Furyo by Bogart, between Antaeus and Kouros but with herbal elements of One Man Show. As for OMS, its one of the first fragrances I got as a pre-teen , yes I wore cologne at 12 lol, as for the vibe of the fragrance, it is part Tony Monero from Saturday Night Fever and part Gordon Gekko in Wallstreet, sexy but serious at the same time.
I mention in this video that I have Furyo and I just have not given it enough wear, it’s definitely a strong scent for sure, more floral with some possible cinnamon scent than kouros. Definitely not as good as kouros but pretty decent. Once I wear it enough I can make a full review. Thank you for watching and commenting dude!
How would you compare this to other scents? A sharper, more herbal and soapier Quorum? A boosted Paco Rabanne Pour Homme? I am deeply interested in it but i can only blind buy it. I am between a few bottles of this or Lapidus Pour Homme. For now, my current idea is a single bottle of Lapidus for special wear and 2 of OMS, since i quite disliked things from Quorum like the raw BO smell of the caraway and the tobacco dry down.
Ahh well one man show is very green pine opening, and it gets a mix of herbal and dry fruity smell, it’s crazy to describe. The original is my favorite by far. Oud is okay but the og is the one to buy
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey Hey man. I bought this a few months ago. Nice scent, nice opening and the drydown is nuts. Really love the oakmoss and castoreum blend in the base. I usually like wearing it as a signature but i also love Lapidus Pour Homme and my gf surprisingly likes it as well Now that i remember that girl isn't even my gf but rather my ex but she wants to come back with me so i guess it's pretty much done the fact that she'll be my gf once again.
I own both one man show & krizia uomo & i must admit i struggle with both...furyo is my favorite by far but witness & signature is up there .. cheers 🍻

This one took me aback at first but it's rapidly growing on me (picked it up a couple of weeks ago). I was such a fan of "Signature" I had to try some more from this house. Now I'm thinking I'll have to try some of the flankers and pour homme.
Signature and the original one man show are fantastic, the flankers of one man show are it that great and pour Homme is very sweet. My One Man Show is from early 2018 and seems plenty strong to me, and seems to be smelling better than when I first got it. Re the little tube, I bought a Signature recently 2012 batch and the tube contents were still liquid. Take care 🙂
Interesting you mentioned the perfumer behind One Man Show, Roger Pellegrino, because he also did Versace L’Homme, and One Man Show was mentioned in your L’Homme review. Anyways, I’d like to try One Man Show, since I do wear L’Homme, but Bogart Signature is higher on my list.
I like it, my ex hated it...current gf seems indifferent. I wear it once in a while. Its green, soapy, mossy. Bogart signature is good as well...one man show is more unique.

Hi Cavella. I recived vintage Quorum based on your comparison with two different bottles of Quorum. As you mentioned it is very similar to Aramis by Aramis. I think 90%. I don't know why people say Quorum is 60% Polo Green and 40% Kouros. Explanation with Aramis is better. Now I am calculate with Bogart Signature and One man show. I love Quorum and Aramis much more than Paco Rabanne Pour Homme. Polo Green, Drakar Noir and Azzaro Pour Homme are my top three. The best ones definitely. I am not big fan of Kouros and Anteus. Maybe Anteus is little better for me. Do I go with Signature or One man show? Vintage bottles? Thanks man
thats so weird to me. quorum is one of my favs and smells like a dirtier darker version of paco rabanne. i do not like aramis and to me it smells identical to azzaro pour homme. strange. i do however like aramis's kouros smelling opening.

I wear it occasionally...something in it rubs me the wrong way. Reminds me of Marbert Homme in that specific aspect. Given the name, I expected a nuclear performance with the current one, which I doesn't deliver fully imho.
I get great performance and even better with the vintage but marbert Homme did smell like it I was not a fan of that and sent it back actually but I do love original one man show. Thank you for watching and commenting dude

If memory serves me correctly, both got the same score under 'scent'--which is why I figured to ask you directly as for a tie-breaker. For what it's worth, I was already leaning toward One Man Show precisely for the uniqueness factor. Chypres are harder to come by. Moreover, it cracks me up every time going through the ridiculously long list of notes which finally concludes with 'coconut' randomly out of nowhere.
Bro, I just got OMS and it rocks my world. I own a couple hundred fragrances, so it's rare for me to wear the same thing two days in a row, but I've been wearing OMS almost daily for the past two weeks.
Hiya Kelan - I might be late to the party again... But definitely try the One Man Show Emerald Edition... I personally didn't care for it at first, but after having let some air into the bottle and letting it "fester" for about two months, it's absolutely incredible. Even after letting it mature a bit, I'm not crazy about the opening when it's first sprayed... But in fifteen minutes, that all changes... And to me, it becomes "up there" with Tsar, Polo, Quorum and Bowling Green... It has certain aspects of each of those fragrances, but it's something singularly altogether different. One of the notes seems to be Anise, or black licorice, at least to my nose Probably an acquired taste, but it's turned out to be my "all season" blind reach. Cheers!

Al Rehab, that makes the Dakkar (which turns out to smell almost exactly like the ORIGINAL "Drakkar") makes one called SULTAN. A friend gave me both the oil and the spray as a birthday gift... They're both good and strong, and they remind me a hell of lot of a cross between the old Creed Bois du Portugal and Elizabeth Arden Sandalwood... Absolutely not bad for the low bucks. Cheers
I have a few vintage fragrances in my collection, and they all have this same sorta wet burnt log smell to them... Any thoughts? Do you notice this about vintage fragrances?
That sounds like they have gone sour / turned. To me the sour smell is sort of a musty vinegar which can happen unfortunately. The red flag is you have a few different fragrances that are vintage but they all smell the same to you. I have definitely received sour vintage before
1.See minute detailings/hologram of the packaging/bottle 2.wear the fragrance daily for a week and if it gives decent longevity the product is original. I also felt the same but mine one is original. i also thought it as fake at first but mine one is original.
One man show Gold is going for like 13 dollars on Fragrance x!...I might buy One Man Show...Why not...its cheap as hell... The deodorants that are vintage will not be good....I have bought so many vintage Ralph Lauren stuff its not funny! I have bought like two after shave polo green kits and the Deodorants are always half gone...I was determined to buy the vintage plash bottles and now i have like two vintage kits! The old vintage Polo Green is very different from what it is now...The now stuff i still like thou! Its just not as good as the vintage stuff...

New version has "highly concentrated" written on box. Funny thing is doesn't perform at all, and seems like castoreum is removed.

Jacques Bogart is the most underrated house in the frag community. I own Furyo and at first wasn’t that pleased with the smell but oh boy , it’s definitely a killer and ended up loving it. SIGNATURE is definitely top quality for the price .
I’ve been kind of unsure on blind buying One Man Show . Tried OMS Oud Edition and seriously I didn’t like it lol . Furyo even outperforms Kouros, quite aggressive and badass 🤘
Oud is hit or miss for some people, but the original one man show I think is excellent and it’s so cheap you won’t be out a lot of money if you don’t like it thankfully. Signature is the best by far ! Thank you for watching as always Sergio !
I regret selling my vintage so bought a replacement which is thankfully the same scent not reformulated though yes not so brash. I wish we had the body products in the U.K. I’d love my bathroom to smell of it. I like oms gold but my sprayer is faulty it comes out like a jet

Apologies to say it but haters will hate. This bad boy is a classic master piece and it is a land mark in my humble opinion, certainly not for the faint of heart but i find it to be a much more polite well behaved version of polo green/bogart signature. My favorite is this and the oud. Great video and review

Hi there Calen, I suggest Furyo by Bogart, between Antaeus and Kouros but with herbal elements of One Man Show. As for OMS, its one of the first fragrances I got as a pre-teen , yes I wore cologne at 12 lol, as for the vibe of the fragrance, it is part Tony Monero from Saturday Night Fever and part Gordon Gekko in Wallstreet, sexy but serious at the same time.
I mention in this video that I have Furyo and I just have not given it enough wear, it’s definitely a strong scent for sure, more floral with some possible cinnamon scent than kouros.

Krizia is the smoother higher end version of oms, definitely try and get a bottle
How would you compare this to other scents? A sharper, more herbal and soapier Quorum? A boosted Paco Rabanne Pour Homme? I am deeply interested in it but i can only blind buy it. I am between a few bottles of this or Lapidus Pour Homme. For now, my current idea is a single bottle of Lapidus for special wear and 2 of OMS, since i quite disliked things from Quorum like the raw BO smell of the caraway and the tobacco dry down.
Ahh well one man show is very green pine opening, and it gets a mix of herbal and dry fruity smell, it’s crazy to describe. The original is my favorite by far. Oud is okay but the og is the one to buy
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey Hey man. I bought this a few months ago. Nice scent, nice opening and the drydown is nuts. Really love the oakmoss and castoreum blend in the base. I usually like wearing it as a signature but i also love Lapidus Pour Homme and my gf surprisingly likes it as well
Now that i remember that girl isn't even my gf but rather my ex but she wants to come back with me so i guess it's pretty much done the fact that she'll be my gf once again.
I own both one man show & krizia uomo & i must admit i struggle with both...furyo is my favorite by far but witness & signature is up there .. cheers 🍻

This one took me aback at first but it's rapidly growing on me (picked it up a couple of weeks ago). I was such a fan of "Signature" I had to try some more from this house. Now I'm thinking I'll have to try some of the flankers and pour homme.
Signature and the original one man show are fantastic, the flankers of one man show are it that great and pour Homme is very sweet. I initially thought I enjoyed them but I quickly realized they were not for me. Check out “Eau Fresh” that is a great Jacques Bogart scent. Thank you for watching and commenting Rich !
My One Man Show is from early 2018 and seems plenty strong to me, and seems to be smelling better than when I first got it.
Re the little tube, I bought a Signature recently 2012 batch and the tube contents were still liquid. Take care 🙂
Interesting you mentioned the perfumer behind One Man Show, Roger Pellegrino, because he also did Versace L’Homme, and One Man Show was mentioned in your L’Homme review. Anyways, I’d like to try One Man Show, since I do wear L’Homme, but Bogart Signature is higher on my list.
Bogart signature definitely is better than one man show as much as I love both of them signature is just a whole other level
I like it, my ex hated it...current gf seems indifferent. I wear it once in a while. Its green, soapy, mossy. Bogart signature is good as well...one man show is more unique.

Hi Cavella. I recived vintage Quorum based on your comparison with two different bottles of Quorum. As you mentioned it is very similar to Aramis by Aramis. I think 90%. I don't know why people say Quorum is 60% Polo Green and 40% Kouros. Explanation with Aramis is better. Now I am calculate with Bogart Signature and One man show. I love Quorum and Aramis much more than Paco Rabanne Pour Homme.
Polo Green, Drakar Noir and Azzaro Pour Homme are my top three. The best ones definitely. I am not big fan of Kouros and Anteus. Maybe Anteus is little better for me.

thats so weird to me. quorum is one of my favs and smells like a dirtier darker version of paco rabanne. i do not like aramis and to me it smells identical to azzaro pour homme. strange. i do however like aramis's kouros smelling opening.

I wear it occasionally...something in it rubs me the wrong way. Reminds me of Marbert Homme in that specific aspect. Given the name, I expected a nuclear performance with the current one, which I doesn't deliver fully imho.
I get great performance and even better with the vintage but marbert Homme did smell like it I was not a fan of that and sent it back actually but I do love original one man show. Thank you for watching and commenting dude

Ahh that’s a tough one, I love both of them, they are actually about the same price already too lol I’d have to go one man show because it’s more unique and I had it way before 1-12. However 1-12 is fantastic and I love the scent too, did a review on it recently ad well

If memory serves me correctly, both got the same score under 'scent'--which is why I figured to ask you directly as for a tie-breaker. For what it's worth, I was already leaning toward One Man Show precisely for the uniqueness factor. Chypres are harder to come by. Moreover, it cracks me up every time going through the ridiculously long list of notes which finally concludes with 'coconut' randomly out of nowhere.
Bro, I just got OMS and it rocks my world. I own a couple hundred fragrances, so it's rare for me to wear the same thing two days in a row, but I've been wearing OMS almost daily for the past two weeks.

I might be late to the party again... But definitely try the One Man Show Emerald Edition...
I personally didn't care for it at first, but after having let some air into the bottle and letting it "fester" for about two months, it's absolutely incredible.
Even after letting it mature a bit, I'm not crazy about the opening when it's first sprayed... But in fifteen minutes, that all changes... And to me, it becomes "up there" with Tsar, Polo, Quorum and Bowling Green... It has certain aspects of each of those fragrances, but it's something singularly altogether different. One of the notes seems to be Anise, or black licorice, at least to my nose
Probably an acquired taste, but it's turned out to be my "all season" blind reach.

Al Rehab, that makes the Dakkar (which turns out to smell almost exactly like the ORIGINAL "Drakkar") makes one called SULTAN.
A friend gave me both the oil and the spray as a birthday gift... They're both good and strong, and they remind me a hell of lot of a cross between the old Creed Bois du Portugal and Elizabeth Arden Sandalwood... Absolutely not bad for the low bucks.

That sounds like they have gone sour / turned. To me the sour smell is sort of a musty vinegar which can happen unfortunately. The red flag is you have a few different fragrances that are vintage but they all smell the same to you. I have definitely received sour vintage before

1.See minute detailings/hologram of the packaging/bottle
2.wear the fragrance daily for a week and if it gives decent longevity the product is original.

I have bought like two after shave polo green kits and the Deodorants are always half gone...I was determined to buy the vintage plash bottles and now i have like two vintage kits! The old vintage Polo Green is very different from what it is now...The now stuff i still like thou! Its just not as good as the vintage stuff...
