    Great video, I only recently knew about this tree after buying a wooden 'Oregon Myrtle' bowl from a thrift store. The wood quality is incredible fine grained and beautiful.

    Did you ever get headaches when picking or cooking with the leaves? Apparently they have a compound that can give you bad headaches.

    Great video. I've always wanted to know how to identify SOD - important not to burn for firewood too or it will spread airborne. I wonder if the leaves might also work under the hood of an electric car to keep rats from eating the wiring, the scent is like the packets we buy now... a VERY expensive repair. Looking forward to more of these!!
